Jerome Wilson is an Associate and a member of the Telecommunications Technology and Intellectual Property Team within the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. Jerome practices within the area of corporate and commercial law where he advises on private and public offerings, the structuring of private holding and operating companies and Bermuda telecommunications licensing.
In September 2008 he spent six months on secondment in Appleby's Mauritius office. Whilst in Mauritius Jerome advised all aspects of corporate and commercial work, from a Mauritius perspective; including financing transactions utilizing SPVs in Mauritius for investment in Africa and India and several restructurings.
Jerome graduated from Leeds University in 2006 and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (Moorgate). He joined the Appleby Group in September 2007 as a Pupil and was called to the Bar in September 2008.
